The certificates may be downloaded directly from the CDA website by doing the following:
- Visit services.cda-adc.ca
- Login using your existing username and password for the CDA website
- Click “My CDA Digital ID”
- Choose office and click “Download Digital ID”
*Note that the CDA Digital ID is required on a computer that runs the ITRANS. In some cases, it’s only required on the server computer and in others, it’s downloaded on each computer used for sending claims. It all depends on the practice management software used in the office. If not sure where it’s required, offices may simply contact their software provider for more information.
