What should I receive when I sign up for the ITRANS Payment Service?
- You should receive a PIN Pad from Chase Paymentech within 10 Days of opening your merchant account with them. It should look like the following:
If your PIN Pad is not red and have I3500 UTF written at the bottom like the above picture please contact CSI immediately to obtain the appropriate PIN Pad.
- You will also receive a package from CSI that will include the following:
-eQualifIDcc Application CD
-eQualifIDcc Installation Manual
-eQualifIDcc "Using PIN Pads & Card Swipes" Manual
If you have not received your manuals you can obtain them from the ITRANS Payment Service Download section. If you have not received your eQualifIDcc Application CD please contact CSI so that we may send you a copy.
How do I setup the ITRANS Payment Service?
- Please consult your eQualifIDcc Installation Manual and your ITRANS Payment Service Reference Guide for help on how to install, configure and use the ITRANS Payment Service.

What does a serial port look like?
- The PIN Pad will connect to your computer via a "Serial Port" it will look like the following:

What if I don't have a serial port available?
- If you don't have a serial port available but do have a USB port available you can purchase a serial to USB adapter that will look something like the following:

Adding www.continovation.com
as a trusted site
Open
the "Microsoft
Internet Explorer" Click
on "Tools"
Click
on "Internet Options"

Click
on the "Security" tab

Click
on "Trusted Sites"

Click
on "Sites"

Type "continovation.com" and
click on "add"
