I am unable to process payments with my ITRANS Payment Service

• Remove the from the back of the PIN pad
• Unplug the cable from the PIN Pad:
  
  
• Plug the cord back into the PIN Pad
• Wait until the text on the PIN Pad display remains constant and displays "CPX05" in the top right had side
• Start the ITRANS Payment Terminal application
• Click on initialize PIN Pad
• You should then see "Pin Pad successfully initialized!"
• Attempt to process a transaction
• If you are still unable to process a transaction please contact CSI.
  
  

Adding www.continovation.com as a trusted site

Open the "Microsoft Internet Explorer" Click on "Tools"

Click on "Internet Options"

Click on the "Security" tab

Click on "Trusted Sites"

Click on "Sites"

Type "continovation.com" and click on "add"
* "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" must be unchecked



Once added the the "Trusted sites" list should look like the following
