• Follow the installation procedure for the iCA.
• Register the "iCAServiceControl.ocx" file by using the following command: regsvr32 "Path to Wherever the ica is located"\iCAServiceControl.ocx.
• From within both a command shell and the directory where the iCA is located; run the following command "iCAservice /service" (This will add the service into your Windows services list).
• Run services.msc to open the services list.
• Open the properties of the iCAService.
• From the "LogOn" tab the iCAService must be configured to run as the same user that was used to install the certificates in Internet Explorer.
• From the "General" set the startup type to "automatic".
• Save the changes.
• Right click on the iCAService and click on "Start"
• The iCAService will now startup when windows starts regardless of someone being logged in to the workstation.
