  • Q: How long will it take you to process my enrolment form?
    A: We generally (95% of the time) process enrolment forms either same day or next day.
  • Q: I would like to obtain the instructions on how to install my ITRANS Digital Certificate ASAP , how can I make this happen?
    A: Clients can request faster service by signing the "FAX DELIVERY CONSENT" consent on their enrolment form. Should the fax consent not be signed CSI will mail your password and instructions.
  • Q: Will CSI email me my password?
    A: No. To protect you and your patients information CSI will only mail or fax password information.
  • Q: I don't know my "9 Digit personal unique ID" and or my "4 Digit Office Unique ID (CDAnetTM Office Number)" requested on the enrolment form , where can I find this?
    A: If you are already sending electronic claims over dial up your practice management software will already have this information. If you aren't already sending claims you can either contact the CDAnet helpdesk at 1-800-267-9701 or the ITRANS helpdesk at 1-866-788-1212 and we will be happy to look up this information for you.
  • Q:What does the "CDAnet helpdesk" do?
    A: Lots! They maintain the list of who is allowed to send electronic transactions, and from which location(s) they are permitted to send electronic transactions from. They also assign the unique numbers that are associated to providers and the unique id assigned to the locations that people can send from. Finally they share this information with the insurance carriers that accept electronic dental claims.
  • Q:I can't open my enrolment form, what software do I need?
    A: Our enrolment forms have been created for use with the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download a copy for free here
